Salon Policies

Luxa's salon polices and procedures are in place to ensure our salon can run smoothly and efficiently. The policies are also in place for the safety of our staff and clients.

Booking

  • When booking an appointment at LUXA beauty a $25 booking fee is always required These are NON-refundable and go towards the total of your service. ​

  • Ensure you are booking the correct service to avoid disappointment / cancellation

​

  • 48 hour notice is required for cancellation, appointment changes, rescheduling - anything less will result in booking fee lost

​

  • NO shows and same day cancellations will result in an additional fee of $25 

Arriving

Come to your appointment ready to relax; you are more than welcome to bring headphones, bring a blanket and request a silent appointment.

​

Arriving more than 10 minutes late to your appointment will result in an additional $15 charge OR risk the appointment being canceled resulting as a no-show appointment

Guest

NO guests are allowed in the treatment room / area. 

​

Any guests OVER the age of 12 years old are welcome to wait in our waiting room. 

​

NO guests UNDER the age of 12 years old are eligible to wait in the waiting room unaccompanied

​

Brining a child to your appointment will result in a cancellation / rescheduled appointment and loss of deposit

Satisfaction

Luxa services (Makeup, Hair styling, Body Contouring and Braids is excluded) have a 72 hour GUARANTEE - after the 72 hours we will not fix any fallout or slippage for free

​

If you are experiencing any issues with your services before 72 hours from your APPOINTMENT date please contact the salon. 

​

we DO NOT refund any services, within 72 hours you are eligable for a free fix - after 72 hours there will be a small charge
